Critical Commentary

This text focuses on outlining the foundational theory and ideas that defines the idea of distributive environmental justice. It summarizes the different contexts that have continued to shape the meaning of distributive environmental justice, particularly through highlighting governmental decisions with profound distributive justice implications.  The case studies and historical contexts highlighted within have been analyzed and studied extensively across academic and government institutions.
