浪潮

不可諱言，人類文明的進步是以「犧牲」環境換取而來的，這樣的「犧牲」是否改變了地球的生命。在過去人類尚未意識因犧牲環境這件事，對於我們生命起源「地球」所造成的影響，直到近代因人類造成環境問題影響了人類後，我們才意識到了環境保護與永續的需要，這點全世界皆然台灣也無例外。

台灣過去的經濟發展從農業時代邁向現代工業發展，正是仰賴高度密集的工業製造、大量的能源消耗所換取的代價。時至今日能源的高度消耗依舊未能停歇，生產的廢氣排放不斷的累積增加，再再的壓縮在台灣這撮爾小島的身上。我們承受了因為經濟高度發展需求下所產生的環境衝擊，沙漠化的河流因揚塵瀰漫著超脫現實的山水意境，工業化的煙囪圍繞在生活周遭，這樣的樣態正是台灣經濟轉型所承擔的代價。

隨著環境與能源需求壓力日漸升高，啜爾小島台灣走上潔淨能源、淨零的浪潮，同樣的也可發現在近代的能源轉型中，台灣也承受著能源轉型所帶來的衝擊，正是潔淨能源與我們個體或社區生存環境之間矛盾的選擇情節。當然這有賴於我們須具有公正性與包容性的轉型或因應機制，而這一切正也在這浪潮尖上。

It cannot be denied that the progress of human civilization comes at the expense of the environment. Has such a "sacrifice" changed the life of the earth? In the past, humans were not aware of the impact that sacrificing the environment would have on the "earth" where our life originated. It was not until modern times that environmental problems caused by humans affected humans that we realized the need for environmental protection and sustainability. All over the world, Taiwan is no exception.

Taiwan's past economic development from the agricultural era to modern industrial development was the price paid for by relying on highly intensive industrial manufacturing and massive energy consumption. To this day, the high level of energy consumption has not stopped, and the waste gas emissions from production have continued to accumulate and increase, and are further compressed on the small island of Taiwan. We have endured the environmental impact caused by the demand for rapid economic development. Desertified rivers are filled with unrealistic landscapes due to dust, and industrialized chimneys surround our lives. This is the price Taiwan's economic transformation has borne.
