Collaboration Calls (hosted on Zoom) are recorded and stored on the Disaster STS Platform. At the beginning of each call, participants are asked to consent to the recording. Consent can be revoked during the call, or participants can request to have the recording paused. The recordings are stored as artifacts on the Disaster STS Research Network. Access to recordings is restricted to the Design Collective. Participants can contact members of the Design Collective if they would like to access individual recordings for review or have them removed from the archive.
Meeting notes for Collaboration Calls are not maintained yet.
Design Group Call meeting notes are written within the T-STS COVID-19 Design Group Call Agenda document. Access to this document is currently public. Anyone with the link can view, comment, and edit the document. The document is not stored on the Disaster STS Research Network.
For questions about registering for the project, see Working on the T-D STS COVID-19.
