Generally, most pesticides are synthetic chemicals, but there are natural sources as well. Naturally occurring pesticides are usually derived from compounds found in the environment. Pyrethrin insecticide is heavily utilized in the agriculture sector, due to its rapid pace in killing several different insects, which could otherwise damage their crops. This specific substance is created through the extraction of chrysanthemum plants. Agriculture accounts for more than seventy percent of pesticide use, and while it may be effective in controlling certain pests, it also can lead to critical health issues amongst human beings.
