1. The new development area is the original five-phase development project. Now Formosa Plastics is attempting to use the ring difference to analyze the legality of smuggling. This association expresses its severe condemnation to the Formosa Plastics segment and the Environmental Protection Agency. 2. On September 23, the health risk study commissioned by Professor Zhan Changquan by the Yunlin County Government has confirmed that residents within a radius of 10 kilometers from the sixth naphtha cracker have poor lung function and their urine contains high concentrations of vanadium and manganese. Before Formosa Plastics has implemented risk management measures and the actual results have been achieved, it should not carry out any expansion activities. 3. Formosa Plastics Corporation did not take the initiative to report work safety accidents many times, did not think about making progress, and expanded the factory. This association recommends that until Formosa Plastics properly improves its management practices, it should not expand the plant, otherwise it will threaten the safety of nearby residents. 4. At the beginning of May, the media revealed that Formosa Plastics Company irrigated the ground after the fire drill. It was a water shortage period and the water flowing through the factory area turned into waste water. Please explain whether the report is true. 5. The aromatics plant changes the waste treatment method. (Change from curing treatment to multiple treatment) Please explain whether incineration treatment causes another kind of pollution? 6. In this meeting, the part of the increase in production capacity that does not involve the expansion of the plant can be passed first, without a combined vote. 7. Regarding the parallel monitoring mechanism proposed by the Association and the recommendations of self-raising water sources during the dry season, Formosa Plastics Corporation has always avoided the most important issues, and the Association expresses its solemn protest here.
